STable Basic: Damping Plate

Damping Plates are elastomer-based vibration isolators for such applications, which do not require high level of vibration attenuation. They can be put onto any given table. The microscope is standing on its top. The other parts of the IVF / ICSI setup could be arranged around it. We manufacture the Damping Plates in two fixed sizes.

The top surface of the Damping Plate is a thick, painted, carbon steel plate by default. As an option, for the sake of cleanability, it can be ordered with stainless steel top surface to be able to sanitize and sterilize. If it is covered with stainless steel plate, there are no holes on the top surface.

STable Alpha 1b: Elastomeric Vibration Isolation Table with Embedded Damping Plate

This product is a modified, task-oriented version of our standard STable Active Pneumatic Vibration Isolation Table. There is a 60 x 40 cm Damping Plate in the middle of this table. Elastomer based vibration isolation method does not provide such high level of vibration attenuation as the active pneumatic vibration isolators, but in most of the cases it is far enough for IVF / ICSI applications.

Technical data and special features of the STable Alpha 1b table are:

- Size of the top plate is 980 x 660 mm.

- The top plate is covered with a highly acid-resistant stainless steel plate.

- The internal structure is made of carbon steel.

- The whole top assembly is anitizable and sterilizable.

- Dimensions of the embedded Damping Plate: 60 x 40 cm

- Maximum mass load of the embedded Damping Plate: 500 N

- There is a stainless steel covered arm rests on the front side of the table.

- The stainless steel top skin is non-magnetic. Magnetic fixing method for the joysticks can not be used.

- The joystick units of the manipulators can be fixed by gravitational (big mass) stands.

It is a brand new product, currently in the final, confidential testing phase in IVF labs.

STable Alpha 2: Pneumatic Vibration Isolation Table with Shelves

This product is also a modified, task-oriented version of our standard STable Active Pneumatic Vibration Isolation Table. All its technical data are equal to a 980 x 660 mm STable active pneumatic vibration isolation table. This sophisticated vibration isolation method provides excellent anti-vibration performance, even in the presence of high level of vibration disturbances in the lab environment. The only difference in comparison to the standard STable is, that STable Alpha 2 is equipped with the special parts for IVF / ICSI work.

Technical data and special features of the STable Alpha 2 table are:

- Size of the top plate is 980 x 660 mm.

- The top plate is covered with a highly acid-resistant stainless steel plate, without any hole on it.

- The internal structure of the top plate is made of carbon steel.

- Optionally a full stainless steel top plate (even the internal structure) can also be ordered.

- The whole top assembly is sanitizable and sterilizable. This aspect is the reason, why there are no holes at all on the top.

- Maximum mass load of the table: 2 kN, including the top plate

- There are two arm rests, one on the front and one at the back side of the table.

- The arm rests are covered with stainless steel.

- There are two shelves lain on the arm rests. The shelves are made of special magnetic stainless steel. The shelves are slideable laterally on the arm rests, so they can be fitted to any microscope model. The joystick units of the manipulators can be fixed on the shelves with magnetic or gravitational (big mass) stands. The top side of the shelves on the front are covered with white polipropilene to provide a comfortably warm feeling for the hands of the user. Below in the pictures the shelves are slid together, close to the base of the microscope.
